Organize Closets

I’m using DVD Shrink 3.2 for video storage. I like this because not only does it compress my video files but I can also watch them using the daemon tools emulator. My question is whether there is something out there that will compress my files better (smaller without losing too much quality) and be able to watch them without converting them to another format.
