Question by tstubbs1973: How do I clean out my storage room?
Due to circumstances beyond my control, my old apartment was packed up and all the items there in were put in a storage room, I had to move while I was preggers and was high risk, so I just took what I immediately needed, now almost two years later I am moving into a new place and would like to get rid of stuff I obviously don’t need, but I need to go through the boxes because I didn’t pack them and there may some things I want. Any suggestions on how to do this in a fast, easy, orderly way?

make four “sections” in your living room (or wherever) or use storage bins…one for donate, one for keep, one for sell and one for undecided. as you unpack the boxes, place your items in the appropriate bin or “section” sometimes having a girlfriend help you makes it easier deciding what goes and what stays (sometimes we all need a little objectivity)

Is there a hazzard when placing HCl close to a generator set in a storage room? The generator set is a back up generator.

The HCl is in a container but has a small opening. Thanks..

Yes, could be as HCI is a chemical and if it is kept near generator then it can harm and any accident could happen.

Storage area contains items from largfe furniture items, tools, boxes, even things we inherited that we have NO IDEA what’s in the box, we just took it and threw it in “there”.

You have first , to make a lay out for this area , then you logically start to devide this area on paper , then comes to the actual place and just put it real ..

Question by wethy5: Where can I find a dining room table that converts to a cabinet with chair and leaf storage underneath?
While growing up my aunt and uncle had a table like this. When not in use it looked like a nice buffet cabinet. When you opened the doors on the front you were able to pull out the table. Underneath there was storage for extra leaves and the chairs. The chairs folded up for storage.I can’t remember for sure how many chairs there were but I would venture to say that there were at least eight. I haven’t seen one of these tables in over 20 years. Does any one else know what I’m talkeing about?
