Question by teddy_terry: I’m looking for ideas on how to market a new storage facility that my company just built?
I just became the property manager of a new storage facility of about 1000 units. I’m just looking for any ideas in terms of marketing to help increase occupancy at the facility which, in turn, will make more money. Any thoughts?

If you have a local residential college, marketing to students would be great..offer them a deal! Its hard for parents to come and get all that stuff and often its cheaper to rent a unit for a few months in the summer.
