My breaker box is located about 12ft. away from the house.
Its a 12×14 storage building. What gage wire do i need? Would i need to install a new breaker? I have no more room for new breakers in my box.

First off, you’ll need to find room for one additional circuit or two additional outlets. If you have a garage, check to see if you have a garage door opener circuit (or something similar, like a dedicated circuit for a fridge). A circuit relatively ‘light’ enough to add two more outlets.
Secondly, I would suggest using a #12/2 w/ ground cable rated for direct burial (#12/2 UF). Use a Schedule 80 pvc conduit to go from your house to the ground and dig a trench at a minimum of 24 inches deep. 18″deep if you can protect the circuit with a GFCI.
Thirdy, if you can’t GFCI protect the circuit at the house, you will need to do so at the outlets. By means of a GFCI receptacle.
